Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across France and other English-speaking countries.



Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and accounting support to customers via phone and email
  • Answer customer inquiries via our ticket system
  • Prepare customized solutions for prospective customers
  • Deliver online demonstrations of our software solutions
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver an exceptional customer experience


Requirements

  • University degree in economics or relevant vocational education
  • Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus
  • Windows user knowledge desirable
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
