We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team in Porto, Portugal.

About the Role

This position involves providing exceptional customer support via various channels, including inbound calls, emails, and real-time chat. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in English at C1 or C2 level, and have experience in handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English at C1 or C2 level (required).
  • Native or C2 level proficiency in Swedish, Dutch, Finnish, or Norwegian (desired).
  • Experience in customer support, preferably with inbound call handling, email responses, and live chat support.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $28,000 - $32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, relocation assistance is available for candidates who do not reside in the country, including 1 month of free accommodation, a flight ticket, and 1 month of public transport.

Working Conditions

Our company operates a hybrid work model, with initial training and the first few months spent on-site at the client's office in Porto. This is followed by the possibility of flexible working arrangements, allowing for a better work-life balance.
