About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled French Customer Support Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support in their native language.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, demonstrating a high level of understanding and empathy.
• Assist customers with product-related questions and account management, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, adhering to our company's values and standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with team members.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to further enhance our customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Native or fluent French speaker with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in English is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and onboarding.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
