Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at TeamViewer. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be working closely with our sales department to identify customer needs and provide solutions to their technical challenges. Your strong communication skills and passion for working with people will enable you to build rapport with our customers and deliver a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat, resolving their technical and accounting issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Showcase our software solutions to customers through online demonstrations, highlighting the functionality that addresses their individual IT challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to identify customer needs and forward requests accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure seamless delivery of outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements
  • You hold a university degree in economics or a relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training.
  • You possess fluency in Swedish or Danish, with English being mandatory. Other languages like Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus.
  • You have basic knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and at least some experience working in customer-facing roles or sales.
  • You exhibit determination, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn, while also valuing independence and teamwork equally.
  • You possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
