About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team.

This role involves providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats.

You will gather required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases, work with cross-functional teams, meet team KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • An independent and proactive approach to work.
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive:

  • A flexible schedule: Friday to Sunday, along with two flexible days during the week, 9 AM–5 PM, CET.
