We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity for innovative and personable individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
About the Role:As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to clients via phone, live chat, email, and social media, addressing account, technical, and financial inquiries. You will deliver expert advice, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding support via multiple communication channels.
- Address various issues, including account setup, verification, login, financial matters, and technical challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers within the sports industry.
- Foster strong customer relationships through clear and open communication.
- Uphold high standards of service in line with company policies.
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Competitive Salary: €**42,000 - €50,000 per annum**, depending on experience
