Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Multichannel Experience Specialist to provide efficient and quality service to visitors and users through various channels. This role involves providing clear and accurate information about schedules, exhibitions, events, educational activities, ticketing, and more. You will promptly respond to questions, information requests, complaints, and visitor feedback, ensuring effective resolution within stipulated deadlines.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide multichannel support (phone, email, website, social media) to visitors and users.
- Keep the museum's website information updated, coordinating with the communication team to ensure quality and accessibility.
- Respond to emails and information requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate phone service, answering calls, recording information, and forwarding relevant details.
- Support on social media and online platforms, monitoring and responding to interactions and messages.
- Provide technical or informational support to visitors who have difficulties navigating the website or purchasing tickets online.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Languages, Communications Sciences, Education Sciences, or another relevant area.
- Contact experience with the museum should always be positive, regardless of the channel used.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Oral and written knowledge of Portuguese and English.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in cultural or tourist environments.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and complaint management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM.
