The Role

As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who use our paid products.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support agents.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Native-level English and fluency in Turkish.
  • At least 12 months of customer support experience in a contact center environment.
  • Knowledge of BPO KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
