The Role
As a Senior Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who use our paid products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support agents.
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate
- Native-level English and fluency in Turkish.
- At least 12 months of customer support experience in a contact center environment.
- Knowledge of BPO KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
