Your journey as a Telesales Agent will be marked by several key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, emails, and web contacts while handling orders and post-sales activities.
  • Engage with new potential clients and leads through calls and qualifying sessions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and enrich the database of leads.
  • Identify business opportunities and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Ensure seamless communication with the team to share information and provide ad-hoc support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A native level of German and a good command of English.
  • Prior sales experience is beneficial.
  • An ability to listen attentively, communicate effectively, and work at a fast pace.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyles.
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
  • A valid Portuguese work permit.
What We Offer
  • Type of contract: yearly or 6-month contract, renewable.
  • Working hours: full-time on rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day, Mon-Sat 7 AM - 8 PM).
  • Salary conditions:
    • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950-€1,000 gross/month (based on experience).
    • Excluding accommodation: €1,300-€1,400 gross/month (based on experience).
  • Bonus based on leads.
  • Reimbursement of initial flight and airport pick-up for international candidates.
  • Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU.
  • Private health insurance from the first day of contract signature.
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by Blu Selection.
