Customer Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality, aligned with defined SLA-SLO objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team technical competences within the SMB support unit.
- Define team objectives, monitor individual and collective performances, and determine action plans.
- Report technical issues and anomalies to relevant departments and contribute to incident/crisis management.
- In 6 months, you'll actively participate in company projects and drive continuous improvement.
- In 1 year, you'll define and manage projects to enhance service within support.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in English/Spanish (French is a plus).
- Experience with internal CRM 'Service now'.
