Customer Service Team Leader

At Ovhcloud, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive work environment where every individual can thrive. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in fostering a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality, aligned with defined SLA-SLO objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team technical competences within the SMB support unit.
  • Define team objectives, monitor individual and collective performances, and determine action plans.
  • Report technical issues and anomalies to relevant departments and contribute to incident/crisis management.
What You'll Achieve:
  • In 6 months, you'll actively participate in company projects and drive continuous improvement.
  • In 1 year, you'll define and manage projects to enhance service within support.

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluency in English/Spanish (French is a plus).
  • Experience with internal CRM 'Service now'.
