About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other internal partners

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Fluent English language skills
