As a Customer Service Team Lead for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operational execution of the Sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Service team in the EMEA region to ensure effective delivery of service to all levels of internal and external customers.
- Work with the Customer Service Manager to identify and implement improvements in daily operational processes.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), ensuring they are appropriately trained.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of service to all levels of internal and external customers.
- Own specific aspects of Continuous Improvement and other projects as defined by Supply Chain strategies to solve complex situations.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
- Confirmed supervisory and people management experience.
- Fluent/Native English.
- Excellent communication, coordination, initiative, and collaboration skills.
- Acute customer centricity.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Microsoft Excel / Google Suite proficiency.
- SAP and SalesForce knowledge preferred.
