Job Description

MGID, a pioneer in native advertising, seeks a seasoned Business Development Director to join its team. With a strong focus on digital solutions, this role will enable our media partners to monetize their audience and help brands promote their services effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital media, with established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers. A deep understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and industry trends is essential.

The successful candidate will communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem, build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, and work closely with Sales Development, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives.

The role will also involve developing media plans to meet advertiser goals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records of activities using HubSpot.

Languages proficiency: Fluent English and Fluent Mandarin Chinese.
