We're looking for a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Portugal to prospect and schedule demos with qualified clients in the UK for our BDMs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting via telephone, email, and social media
  • Meeting or exceeding daily call quotas
  • Qualifying new sales opportunities (inbound and outbound)
  • Serving as the initial point of contact in the sales process
  • Engaging potential clients and scheduling demos with our BDMs
  • Analyzing and improving personal results to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs)

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in sales
  • English proficiency level C1 (advanced)
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a remuneration package including a base salary of around €45,000-€50,000 per year, depending on your background and experience.
