Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer pre-sale and post-sale support to customers
  • Manage email communication with customers and subsidiaries
  • Provide telephone support to address customer needs and requests

  • Monitor and report special cases for clients
  • Prepare reports for OMDS
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to customer support

Requirements:
