We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in EMEA, US, and Canada. The successful candidate will provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat inquiries, while working closely with our existing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer pre-sale and post-sale support to customers
- Manage email communication with customers and subsidiaries
- Provide telephone support to address customer needs and requests
- Maintain online store support
- Monitor and report special cases for clients
- Prepare reports for OMDS
- Perform other administrative tasks related to customer support
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; additional languages are a plus (French, German, or Nordic)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and SAP (desired)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
