About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through our existing accounts. Your primary focus will be on developing strategies to improve customer experience and expanding the value our customers receive from our platform.
Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our enterprise and SMB accounts
- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions
- Lead strategic conversations with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services
Requirements
">- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing revenue role at a SaaS company or startup
- Hunter mindset with a proven track record of building and managing pipelines of upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Experience in leading significant projects or initiatives and driving results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaison with people at all levels of an organization
- A collaborative approach and a can-do attitude, with a passion for innovation and disruption
