Role Overview


LRQA, a leading digitally enabled assurance provider, seeks a skilled Inside Sales Executive to contribute to its success in key sectors such as food, cybersecurity, and ESG. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in helping clients navigate a changing risk landscape by delivering exceptional sales performance and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation: Proactively follow up on assigned leads within agreed timescales to maximize each sales opportunity and ensure a strong sales pipeline.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Represent the company in a highly professional manner through weekly outbound prospecting activities, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Networking: Develop self-generated leads to support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your own pipeline to ensure sufficient active opportunities meet sales targets, taking necessary actions to correct any shortfalls in a timely manner.
  • CRM Management: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records on the company's CRM system, including the timely completion of follow-up actions and tasks.
  • Marketing Awareness: Ensure awareness of marketing activities to effectively follow up on local campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  • Proposal Development: Remain competent in producing accurate proposals in line with product requirements, through refresher training and development activities agreed with your manager.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to ensure team performance meets expected activity and sales targets.
  • Client KPIs: Work effectively with SD and SDS colleagues to ensure client KPIs are met in full, raising issues or risks in the appropriate manner.

Required Skills and Experience:



  • Demonstrable track record of selling products and/or services in a comparable role in a BB or BC environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and pipeline development to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Dutch.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing quotations, bids, and proposals, including working to set pricing models to achieve required margin.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, active listener, and ability to work under own initiative to prioritise and deliver work on time.
  • Knowledge of standard IT programs, Salesforce, and comfortable in using proprietary software for business processes.
