Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Teleperformance)

Job Overview:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships for the Italian market. Your focus will be on closing deals, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating with our account managers to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with our account managers to provide exceptional client service and support.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.
  • Fluent in Italian (native) and English (B2).
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience working with digital marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
Working Hours and Benefits:
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
  • Competitive salary with performance bonuses (up to 500/month).

Contract Type:
  • Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension and a permanent contract after two years.
