Role Overview

Blu Selection is seeking an Administrative Sales Supporter to join our team. As an Administrative Sales Supporter, you will be responsible for maintaining weekly and monthly reports, working closely with sales managers and other internal partners, and analyzing the market to develop business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports
  • Collaborate with sales managers and other departments
  • Analyze market trends and develop business strategies
  • Communicate effectively with various departments
  • Report and present new business developments

What We Offer

We offer a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal. The working hours are full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm. The salary conditions include:

Option 1: 1380€ gross/month, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included)

Option 2: 1750€ gross/month, excluding accommodation

Personal Development

We offer free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company. We also provide compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)

Requirements

  • A native level of German and a good level of English
  • Familiarity with software programs like Excel
  • Working coordinated, organized, and autonomously
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive at a fast pace
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
