YOUR ROLE:
As an Administrative Sales Specialist, you will report directly to the Sales Administrative Manager and perform tasks in the sales administration area, registering, updating, and controlling sales operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Billing and Invoicing:
Send customers invoices according to the customer billing specifications and ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid.
Financial Analysis:
Provide analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity and ensure respect for the rules and standards of the task.
Customer Relationships:
Establish good operational, day-to-day customer relationships and ensure that all interactions are professional and respectful.
Requirements:
Technical and Professional Studies on sales/finance or accounting administrative function with a High school diploma; Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel; Language: English mandatory (Minimum: B1), Spanish nice to have (B1); Proven experience on SAP or another billing tool.
