Job Title: Indirect Purchase Administrative Officer - German

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Purchase Administrative Officer to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within your scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within your scope, including cost estimates, invoices, and monitoring of account statements.
  • Participate in dispute management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed.
  • Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated.
  • Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified.
  • Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Key User support for CEVA internal platforms.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma with experience in sales/finance or accounting administrative functions.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position, experience within a shared service environment would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • SAP and procurement tools (will be a plus).
  • Language: Portuguese mandatory (Minimum: C1), German mandatory (Minimum C1).
