At 360Imprimir | Bizay, we offer a unique opportunity to work a 4-day week, with 36 hours of work in just 4 days. We are looking for an Administrative Finance Officer to join our team in Torres Vedras.

Role: As an Administrative Finance Officer, you will be responsible for the registration, insertion, and validation of invoices, as well as checking supplier balances and managing petty cash.

Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice registration, insertion, and validation
  2. Checking supplier balances
  3. Petty cash management
  4. Archive management
  5. Office management associated with the headquarters in Torres Vedras
  6. Identifying and purchasing office supplies
  7. Management of computer equipment allocated to office staff

Requirements:

  1. 12th grade or professional course in administrative management or equivalent
  2. Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  3. Knowledge of English
  4. Professional experience in similar roles
