About the Role:
Sales Invoicing Administrative tasks involve ensuring the administrative part of sales is followed through properly. This includes billing and sending customers invoices according to customer specifications and ensuring processes are followed until the invoice has been paid. Additionally, the role requires providing analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity and ensuring good operational relationships with customers.

Requirements:
To succeed in this administrative task, a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar administrative roles is required. A high school diploma with experience in sales, finance, or accounting administrative functions is also necessary. IT skills, specifically intermediate Excel and proficiency in SAP or another billing tool, are beneficial. Fluency in Spanish (C1) and basic English skills are mandatory.
