Strategic Product Manager for MSP Growth Initiatives

About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Manager to lead our MSP growth initiatives. This is a key role that will focus on accelerating the growth of our MSP product offerings.
">In this position, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, running data-driven experiments, and driving cross-functional teams to optimize the partner and customer experience, ensuring MSPs derive maximum value from our solution.
">As a Strategic Product Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and platform usage among MSPs through customer acquisition, partner success, and feature adoption.
">You will design targeted initiatives to attract new MSPs, streamline onboarding, and collaborate with marketing for impactful campaigns.
">You will also enhance customer LTV via engagement, education, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities tailored for MSP clients.
">Furthermore, you will conduct data-driven tests (e.g., feature rollouts, pricing models) and optimize platform performance using analytics.
">Your responsibilities will include monitoring key metrics like CAC, churn, adoption rates, and MRR to guide decisions.
">You will partner with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver value to MSPs.
">The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B product management, with a focus on growth strategies that drive partner and customer acquisition, retention, and expansion in a subscription-based, enterprise-focused environment.
">You will have a proven track record driving growth in subscription-based B2B models, with familiarity in MSP operations and challenges.
">A strong grasp of B2B growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn) and experience using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
">Exceptional communication and team leadership skills are essential for this role.
">We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
