**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to promote and sell our specific offerings, aligning with our overall sales objectives and targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive New Business: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services within target markets.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present with Impact: Showcase our offerings through compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Closing Deals: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field (5 years minimum).
- Experience in Time & Materials Business (Outsourcing).
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and challenges effectively.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans to achieve objectives.
**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
