Italian Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our team at Talingual, you will represent a global technology brand, providing support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting technical issues related to voice assistant devices, ensuring first-time resolution and customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing general inquiries and providing solutions to their technical problems.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, both in Italian and English. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is desired, with a strong interest in technology and troubleshooting. You must be able to multitask, be IT literate, and have a passion for new technologies. Our ideal candidate will have a competitive monthly gross salary of Euro 900 (x 14) + Euro 100 (x 12) p/m fixed bonus potential, plus performance bonus potential of 120 euro p/m (x 12) plus a net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher. We also offer fully paid training, excellent career opportunities, and free health insurance after 6 months in service.
