As a Technical Support Specialist in Software Services, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team that provides exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via various channels, including phone, email, and social media
Providing pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support assistance to users
Adapting the company's voice and tone to ensure consistency across all interactions
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer satisfaction and has a strong drive for excellence and professionalism. Key qualifications for this role include:
a native level of German and a good level of English language proficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively
Able to work well in a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to one's work
Excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
A valid Portuguese work permit is required for international candidates

a competitive salary of €1,490 gross per month (excluding accommodation), or €1,125 gross per month (including free accommodation)
