About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our international customer service team in Lisbon. As a Technical Software Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound requests and document relevant case information
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and social media channels
- Adapt our brand's voice and tone for interactions on various communication channels
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and a team player. Our ideal candidate is native in German, motivated, reliable, and committed to their work. They must have a drive for excellence and professionalism, as well as strong customer service orientation.
