Key Responsibilities:
">- Solve issues during the booking process
- Provide instructions and support to customers to find the right booking
- Follow up during the vacation and provide solutions, including refunds when necessary
- Expand the clients' network through effective lead generation
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- EU citizenship or a valid residency card
- Fluency in French and English
- A strong motivation and commitment to your work
- Excellent communication and listening skills
What We Offer:
">We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year
- Full-time working hours (40h/week) on rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 7AM-7PM
- Salary conditions including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €10,400 gross per month
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pickup
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU
- Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon arrival
