Technical Presales Consultant Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Presales Consultant to join our team in Cisco. As a key member of our presales team, you will be responsible for working closely with the sales team to design and configure vendor solutions to meet customer requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and configure vendor solutions to meet customer requirements
- Use CISCO tools to create quotes for customers
- Engage in internal discussions with European CISCO teams, partners, and end customers
- Manage workshops and training sessions to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet predefined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Communicate complex product and technology information to educate internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in the product or technology group and achieve any vendor-related accreditation
