The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized shopping experiences, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an elevated and memorable shopping experience for all clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective client engagement, product knowledge, and strategic upselling.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing follow-up communications and cultivating loyalty through attentive service.
- Stay updated on all products, including features, benefits, and availability, in order to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
- Ensure the store environment reflects luxury standards through impeccable presentation and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist with stock control and management, ensuring products are always available, displayed properly, and accurately recorded in the system.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its values and contributing to the overall store culture.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or visual merchandising role, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Strong networker and relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
