Job Title: Executive ChefOverview:The Executive Chef will be responsible for implementing the F&B strategy, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the quality of food served in the hotel.
This is a key role within the hotel, requiring strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Implement the F&B strategy, including setting prices, managing budgets, and monitoring profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- High level of English language proficiency.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of kitchen management software and systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Meliá Hotels International offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €60,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.
