Job Title: Executive ChefOverview:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for implementing the F&B strategy, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the quality of food served in the hotel.

This is a key role within the hotel, requiring strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Implement the F&B strategy, including setting prices, managing budgets, and monitoring profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High level of English language proficiency.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of kitchen management software and systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
