Key Responsibilities

Market Surveillance & Development: Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify and quantify business opportunities. Analyze market trends, opportunities, and gaps and propose market positioning and solutions. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand into new markets and accelerate fleet transitions to zero-emission vehicles. Set up surveillance system for market segments including Public and Private Transport, Logistics and Urban Services. Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including fleet operators, governments, and vehicle manufacturers, to drive demand for zero-emissions mobility solutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure that ME Renewing's zero-emission solutions, including charging and energy services, are effectively aligned with market needs. Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the electric mobility sector. Manage relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth, with a focus on fleet decarbonization projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or a related field combining management and technical solutions. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, preferably in electric mobility, automotive or related sectors. Strong understanding of fleet operations, electric vehicle (EV) technologies, and the mobility ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. Experience in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and driving new business initiatives. Strong market and technology analysis skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient English language abilities to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. Ability to adapt to flexible workdays as required.
