Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers

- Track and document customer interactions
Requirements
- Proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of English
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
- Call center experience
- Flexibility in terms of shifts
- Effective communication and customer care skills
