Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in building a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders. Your responsibilities will include qualifying potential deals before passing them on to the Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify potential deals through cold calling, social media, and email outreach
  • Build a pipeline of senior finance leaders
  • Pass qualified leads on to Account Executives
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B setting
  • Motivated and ambitious individual eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
  • Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
  • Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
  • Thrives on meeting sales targets and always looks for ways to exceed expectations
Offer
  • Excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 36,000-40,000 basic gross p/a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (€45-60K OTE)
