Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our global team at 1WorldSync. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

About the Role

The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential new customers in the B2B sector, building relationships with decision-makers and influencers, and carrying out market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement campaigns, manage customer data, and track sales activities in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential new customers in the B2B sector.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers in companies.
  • Carry out market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement campaigns.
  • Manage customer data, maintain and track sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Making cold calls and follow-up calls to arrange appointments and prepare quotations.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a SaaS environment.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret market data and derive strategies.
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Experience in working with CRM systems.
  • Goal-oriented and proactive way of working.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team.
