Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Customer Support Specialist to join our innovative team. As a key member of Oceanic View Solutions, you will manage customer inquiries across various channels, addressing account, technical, and financial concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support via phone, chat, email, and social media platforms
- Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial queries, and technical matters
- Serve as a trusted advisor, particularly to clients in the sports sector
- Respond quickly to inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Uphold service excellence in alignment with company policies
- Propose process enhancements to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
