Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Customer Support Specialist to join our innovative team. As a key member of Oceanic View Solutions, you will manage customer inquiries across various channels, addressing account, technical, and financial concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support via phone, chat, email, and social media platforms
  • Resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial queries, and technical matters
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, particularly to clients in the sports sector
  • Respond quickly to inquiries, feedback, and concerns
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
  • Uphold service excellence in alignment with company policies
  • Propose process enhancements to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
