Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of around €28,000 per annum, indefinite contracts, and a bring-a-friend bonus opportunity. Full paid training is provided on the company and project you'll be working on.
About the Role
This Client Support Specialist position is based in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site). As a key member of our team, you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and client expectations related to operational excellence are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services by incoming calls or emails.
- Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
- Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a high level of English (written and oral), excellent writing and communication skills, empathy, and team spirit. Previous customer experience is a plus. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
