Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers through various channels.
About the Job
This role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services. You will provide clear and concise information to customers, guiding them through solutions, and document interactions accurately. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess native proficiency in German and B2-level proficiency in English. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (rotational shifts; 8 hours per day), and Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5 days per week). Salary Information
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be approximately €35,000 - €45,000, depending on your level of experience. This figure is based on industry standards and comparable positions in Lisbon.
