We are seeking a talented Process Executive to join our team as a Quality Analyst in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing trends, providing constructive feedback, and suggesting process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and analysis, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an audit or quality environment. You will work closely with our team to identify areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement and provide weekly/monthly quality dashboards & stats to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze trends to inform process improvements
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members
  • Analyze and set up data at both the account and campaign level
  • Actively review decision accuracy to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies

Requirements:

  • EU passport or residence permit for Portugal
  • Dutch native language and fluent English (C1 minimum) with excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Strong analytical skills, focused, and organized with attention to details
