Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: As a Retail Care Representative on our sales team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with retail partners and consumers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for our retail customers and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners and consumers, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns via various communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership.
- Proactively engage with retail partners to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Process retail orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of products to retail stores.
- Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners to communicate performance insights and recommendations.
- Provide product information, usage instructions, and troubleshooting guidance to consumers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products.
- Document consumer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Stay informed about our products, policies, and procedures, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Your Profile:
- 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer care, or related roles.
- Fluent in English & French (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with consumers, build rapport, and communicate effectively across diverse channels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Available for hybrid work.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Remote/hybrid, with potential for occasional travel to office locations.
