About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Improvement Specialist to join our European Continuous Improvement Team. As a vital member of this team, you will work on high-impact cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer experience across Europe. Your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting complex data to influence optimal business decisions and drive transformative initiatives.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in program or portfolio management, with a strong focus on results and goal achievement. You should possess excellent business analytical skills, capable of translating data into impactful presentations for executives. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is essential. Strong communication skills in English, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance are also required.
Key Responsibilities
1. CE Portfolio Planning & Execution: Ensure governance, performance tracking, and target achievement.
2. Operating Plan Coordination: Oversee the full cycle from ideation to completion, managing scoping, planning, budgeting, and communication.
3. Data Monitoring & Reporting: Provide stakeholders with timely, accurate reports on KPIs, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decision-making.
4. Cross-Team Alignment: Foster collaboration and gain commitments from various stakeholders and teams.
5. Change Implementation: Drive and communicate necessary changes, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
6. Complex Analysis: Perform detailed analysis and deliver actionable recommendations based on data insights.
7. Project Participation: Contribute to the development of new processes, systems, and controls.

Estimated Salary
€55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
