At Pipedrive, we're looking for a skilled Enterprise Account Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This is a unique opportunity to work with mid market and enterprise clients, driving their sales growth through effective account management.
About the Role:- This quota-carrying position will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting.
- The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Pipedrive's solution and its ability to drive customer ROI.
- You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and gather feedback to inform product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of SMB & Mid Market level accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and influencer for each client.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including identifying expansion opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and other KPIs to make informed account decisions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Pipedrive to surface customer inputs and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mid market/enterprise sales or account management, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex customer needs and developing new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
