Customer Success Associate

The Customer Success Associate role is pivotal to the success of Veesion: you will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include handling onboarding, formation, and customer satisfaction.
You will maintain daily contact with technical teams (developers and technicians), allowing you to expand your knowledge on transversal subjects. You will thrive in a young, international, and stimulating environment.
Your primary objective is to maximize customer satisfaction and build loyalty by anticipating potential friction points based on customer product usage.
Key aspects of your role at Veesion will include:
- Identifying and responding to customer needs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyzing customer dashboards
- Aiding in task organization and distribution for the team
- Creating customer documents (instructional sheets, documents, and internal processes)
Your working hours will align with the time difference with the United States, operating between 1pm - 10pm.

- You speak English fluently (native level)
- You hold European citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
