We are seeking a highly motivated Candidate Success Associate to join our team at Netcompany-Intrasoft. As a Candidate Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving incidents and service requests, installing software, configuring and upgrading ICT systems, and performing minor hardware repairs for end-users devices.
- Providing remote support to end-users by either resolving their issues directly or coordinating with relevant parties to ensure the ticket is resolved efficiently and comprehensively.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and experience working in a multicultural environment. They also possess good organizational and problem-solving skills and can work responsibly and multitask.
