Fintech Account Strategist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Account Strategist to join our team at Devexperts LLC. As a key member of our Account Management unit, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our key accounts.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions in Software Development companies, preferably in the Fintech area. You will work closely with our Project Managers and teams to deliver projects efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop key accounts into larger revenue streams
- Establish and maintain healthy business relationships with customer companies and their key decision-makers
- Work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and teams to deliver projects timely and efficiently
- Maintain and increase customer satisfaction
- Act as a point of escalation for the customer
- Generate new opportunities with existing customers and pitch/present Devexperts products and conduct client demos
- Negotiate pricing with clients and manage the up-sale process to contract completion
- Travel to meet with clients globally and use industry knowledge to help refine and enhance sales, product, and account management processes
- Prepare, approve with top management, and maintain account budgets
- Report account performance and up-sale activities results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions in Software Development companies, preferably in the Fintech area
- Extensive knowledge of capital markets or online trading platforms business domain
- Knowledge of industry software engineering practices and SDLC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in English
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident communications, active listening, objections prevention and handling, conflicts management and prevention, demo skills
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
