Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is €65,000 - €85,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and paid time off.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all conciergerie operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing concierge team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and recognizing outstanding performance.
  • Develop and implement destination experiences that exceed customer expectations, leveraging local knowledge and industry partnerships.
  • Manage guest requests efficiently, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimize hotel revenue.
  • Knowledgeably address customer incidents, adhering to established protocols and demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Maintain and improve operational processes, striving for continuous improvement and innovation in guest experience delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Membership in Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) is highly valued.
  • Excellent proficiency in Portuguese and English languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local destination, including attractions, events, and cultural nuances.
  • PMS Opera Cloud system knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, personnel management, and decision-making skills.
