Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify new target clients, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, implement market initiatives and sales campaigns, pursue leads, and prepare and deliver client proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through our network of contacts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Implement market initiatives and sales campaigns to drive business growth
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle
- Prepare and deliver client proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition

Requirements
- Bachelor's or MSc degree in Engineering or Business
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in IT professional services
- Executive-level business acumen to serve as a thought partner with customers
- Exceptional presentation skills to articulate business and macroscopic technology topics
- Decisive, results-oriented, and execution-oriented with demonstrable achievement of success
- Proactive communication style with proven ability to build trust and respect from the team

What We Offer
A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a leading company in the sector.
