- Identify and resolve technical issues in various systems and tools that impact reverse order flow.
- Analyze and solve requests in Easitool, SharePoint, and other platforms.
- Manage repair vendor shipments, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with finance for completion.
- Coordinate and fix problem receipts, perform ad-hoc reporting, and requests.
- Conduct root cause analysis to understand repetitive problems and identify permanent solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Up to 6 months of call center, BPO, or customer service experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in the area of Support and Services.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
