**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell cruise packages and cross-sell or upsell associated products
  • Provide customer support for post-booking and booking management
  • Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
  • Assist customers with information about destinations, boats, documentation, prices, and other related topics

**Requirements:**

  • German C2 and English B2 language proficiency
  • Previous contact center or customer service experience (preferable)
  • Previous experience in sales, tourism, and/or travel agencies is a plus
  • Digital skills and a diligent work ethic
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
